Amy McHolland joined Capstone Insurors in February 2004 as a customer service representative and currently holds a  property and casualty license. She graduated from Bolivar High School and gained valuable insurance experience working with AMS, a national firm serving the insurance industry in Bolivar, MO. Her work includes processing new applications and renewals, taking premium payments, helping you with your personal auto and homeowners changes, and filing claims.

Amy is also the friendly voice you’re most likely to hear when you call Capstone. Like many of her co-workers, Amy cited the people as being the favorite part of her job. “I work with a great bunch of people,” she says. “I also appreciate the valued relationships I have with many of Capstone’s clients.”

Amy and her husband, Mike, live in Springfield, MO, and both enjoy going to the lake, exercising, and attending area high school ball games. She enjoys watching Mike coach high school softball, and together they both enjoy attending a KU men’s basketball game from time to time. Amy is also a member of the Bolivar First Assembly of God Church.
