Choosing your employee benefits is not always easy, and choosing the wrong benefits for you or your family can be costly. Dedicate a block of time to choosing the right product for you, not just the cheapest option!

Purchasing insurance can be costly, but choosing the wrong plan for you or your family can be devastating. Review your budget to see what fits not only your monthly budget for insurance premiums but also what you can afford if that unexpected injury or illness occurs resulting in high hospital costs. Critical illness and accident plans can assist with these costs if offered by your district.
Compare.

Blue Virtual Care
Live Health Online and Blue KC Virtual Care
Sometimes it’s tough to get to a doctor. You may be under the weather, live far away from a doctor’s office, or be pressed for time. Wouldn’t it be nice to get expert advice right from your home computer or mobile device? With virtual visits, you can. Thanks to the internet, you can connect to a doctor anytime, anywhere—whether it’s the middle of the night or the middle of a road trip with the use of a computer or mobile device.
Just sign up—and you’re ready to go. Select a doctor, and he or she can answer your questions, assess your condition, and even provide a prescription in most circumstances. The best part is you don’t have to wait at a doctor’s office to see a doctor, and it is all provided at the same $10 co-pay on all OSBA health plans.
Anthem Mobile Application
Using the Anthem mobile app, you can find a doctor, get to an urgent care center with maps, locate a hospital, and access your BCBS ID card on your phone. Go to the app store on your smartphone or mobile device.
- Search for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
- Select the app and start the free download.
To use the mobile application, you must be registered on our secure member site and have a username and password. If you are an Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield member but have not registered for access to the secure member website, go to anthem.com from your computer and click Register Now.
Options+ Private Exchange Benefits Portal Mobile Application
A secure mobile app is available for iPhone, iPad, and Android users that will allow you to view your elections, plan information, and related company information.
- Search for Employee Navigator Essentials.
- Enter your User ID and Password that you use to log-in online—it’s that easy.
